Meadowbrook Station is a 215,000 square foot, transit oriented, mixed use development, comprising two 4-story apartment buildings over a level of under-ground parking.  The project also includes a clubhouse with a pool and other amenities.  There are 237 residential units, with 10 ground level retail / live-work units.
